The band features Billy Joe Darnell, vocals, guitar, bass guitar & Mandolin.
Billy Joe began playing bluegrass music in Missouri then with the Cactusland
Band (FL).
Mark Pinkos started playing guitar at the ripe age of 14 and is lead guitar.
Mark's originally from Seattle and CA; but, has been in Florida for 8 years
now. Mark likes classic rock (beatles, stones, kinks, dylan, hendrix, who,
creedence); but, also like blues (delta and chicago), traditional folk, jazz
(bebop), older country, rockabilly, and indie rock. LET'S PLAY SOME
MUSIC!
Glen on the drums, sax and clarinet. Glen digs Reggae and country.
Paul “Hank” Preston does vocals, plays rhythm guitar, bass guitar, dobra,
piano, banjo and steel guitar. Paul is a veteran musician and entertainer
throughout New England and here in Florida.
Billy Joe and Scott are both military veterans who proudly served our
country. Scott and Paul are also members of the American Legion. The band
always offers a discount to all veteran organizations they play for. The
Florida Keys Band is always available free of charge to perform for benefit
shows to help worthy causes. GOD BLESS THE U.S.A.
